This class is suitable for all levels. Pilates is all about meeting you where you are. Whether you're a fitness fanatic or a total newbie, the beauty of Pilates is that it's adaptable. No need to be intimidated – just bring your enthusiasm and an open mind, and you're good to go!

Posture improvements

Pilates works wonders for your posture by targeting key muscle groups responsible for maintaining alignment and balance. As you lengthen and strengthen your muscles, you’ll find yourself standing taller, with shoulders back and head held high.

Better core strength

Pilates isn’t about crunches; it’s about building deep, stabilising muscles that support your entire body. With consistent practice, you’ll notice your core strength skyrocket, leading to improved balance, stability, and overall functional movement.
